Blue Ash home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Blue Ash fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,500 - a 3.2% decrease over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Blue Ash in the second quarter of 2017.
