Anderson Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Anderson Township rose by $41,050 while total sales increased by 11.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 198 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 20.4% increase over the $201,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 178 homes sold in Anderson Township in the second quarter of 2017.
