Mariemont home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Mariemont fell by $16,210 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,590 - a 4.7% decrease over the $343,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mariemont in the second quarter of 2017.
