Montgomery home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Montgomery rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $421,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $386,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Montgomery in the second quarter of 2017.
