Indian Hill home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Indian Hill rose by $272,500 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,142,500 - a 31.3% increase over the $870,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Indian Hill in the second quarter of 2017.
