Lockland home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lockland fell by $20,512 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,000 - a 33.3% decrease over the $61,512 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lockland in the first quarter of 2017.
