Mount Healthy home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Mount Healthy fell by $21,501 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $53,499 - a 28.7% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mount Healthy in the first quarter of 2017.
