Colerain Township home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Colerain Township fell by $97,375 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 55.2% decrease over the $176,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Colerain Township in the first quarter of 2017.
