St. Bernard home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in St. Bernard rose by $17,065 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,065 - a 26.3% increase over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in St. Bernard in the first quarter of 2017.
