North Bend home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in North Bend fell by $101,950 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 51.8% decrease over the $196,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Bend in the first quarter of 2017, as well.
