Forest Park home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Forest Park fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $94,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Forest Park in the first quarter of 2017.
