Woodlawn home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $66,811 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 151.2% increase over the $44,189 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Woodlawn in the first quarter of 2017.
