Pleasant Run home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Pleasant Run fell by $565 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,435 - a 0.5% decrease over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the first quarter of 2017.
