Sycamore Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Sycamore Township rose by $1,150 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,500 - a 1% increase over the $110,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the first quarter of 2017.
