Fairfax home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Fairfax fell by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,500 - a 20.5% decrease over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Fairfax in the first quarter of 2017.
