Golf Manor home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Golf Manor rose by $32,250 while total sales increased by 225%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 37.2% increase over the $86,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Golf Manor in the first quarter of 2017.
