Bridgetown home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Bridgetown rose by $23,950 while total sales increased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,950 - a 24% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Bridgetown in the first quarter of 2017.
