Norwood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Norwood rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 20.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $105,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Norwood in the first quarter of 2017.
