Reading home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Reading rose by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $118,751 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Reading in the first quarter of 2017.
