Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $85,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,750 - a 198.8% increase over the $42,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the first quarter of 2017.
