Monfort Heights East home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Monfort Heights East rose by $3,201 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,201 - a 2.4% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Monfort Heights East in the first quarter of 2017.
