Deer Park home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Deer Park rose by $14,250 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $122,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Deer Park in the first quarter of 2017, as well.
