Harrison home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Harrison fell by $450 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $140,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Harrison in the first quarter of 2017.
