Dillonvale home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Dillonvale rose by $59,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 48% increase over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Dillonvale in the first quarter of 2017.
