Blue Ash home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Blue Ash rose by $36,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,500 - a 19.7% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Blue Ash in the first quarter of 2017.
