Mack South home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Mack South rose by $82,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,450 - a 53.2% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mack South in the first quarter of 2017.
