Wyoming home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Wyoming rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Wyoming in the first quarter of 2017.
