Symmes Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Symmes Township rose by $16,850 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $263,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Symmes Township in the first quarter of 2017.
