Addyston home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Addyston fell by $18,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $9,000 - a 67.3% decrease over the $27,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Addyston in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
