Elmwood Place home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Elmwood Place rose by $43,400 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,900 - a 377.4% increase over the $11,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Elmwood Place in the fourth quarter of 2016.
