Mount Healthy home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mount Healthy fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,500 - a 8% decrease over the $69,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the fourth quarter of 2016.
