Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $30,800 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,000 - a 68.1% increase over the $45,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
