Bridgetown home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Bridgetown fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $103,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Bridgetown in the fourth quarter of 2016.
