Shaker Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Shaker Heights fell by $62,188 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,313 - a 36.1% decrease over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 84 homes sold in Shaker Heights in the first quarter of 2016.
