Reading home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Reading fell by $25,150 while total sales increased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 19.3% decrease over the $130,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Reading in the fourth quarter of 2016.
