Cleves home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Cleves fell by $31,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,500 - a 24.9% decrease over the $125,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Cleves in the fourth quarter of 2016.
