Finneytown home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Finneytown rose by $8,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $101,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Finneytown in the fourth quarter of 2016.
