Silverton home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Silverton fell by $690 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,310 - a 0.6% decrease over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Silverton in the fourth quarter of 2016.
