Dillonvale home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Dillonvale fell by $25,345 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 18.1% decrease over the $140,345 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Dillonvale in the fourth quarter of 2016.
