Greenhills home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Greenhills fell by $1,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,000 - a 0.8% decrease over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Greenhills in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
