St. Bernard home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in St. Bernard rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 37.6% increase over the $86,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in St. Bernard in the fourth quarter of 2016.
