Springdale home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Springdale rose by $38,500 while total sales increased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 44.5% increase over the $86,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Springdale in the fourth quarter of 2016.
