Monfort Heights South home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Monfort Heights South fell by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 10.8% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the fourth quarter of 2016.
