Norwood home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Norwood fell by $8,050 while total sales increased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,950 - a 5.6% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Norwood in the fourth quarter of 2016.
