Deer Park home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Deer Park rose by $23,600 while total sales decreased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 19.8% increase over the $119,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Deer Park in the fourth quarter of 2016.
