Sycamore Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Sycamore Township rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $141,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the fourth quarter of 2016.
