Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Loveland in the fourth quarter of 2016.
