Harrison home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Harrison rose by $5,400 while total sales decreased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 3.5% increase over the $154,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Harrison in the fourth quarter of 2016.
