Wyoming home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Wyoming rose by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,500 - a 25.6% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Wyoming in the fourth quarter of 2016.
