Madeira home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Madeira rose by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 34.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 24.1% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Madeira in the fourth quarter of 2016.
